Lucky Strike Entertainment in Tustin, CA is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations in a high-volume entertainment venue. You will supervise staff, maintain food quality, and ensure DOH compliance while delivering standout guest experiences.

The role requires ServSafe certification, 1–3 years of kitchen supervision, and a focus on cost control, banquet support, and teamwork. Competitive hourly pay and weekly pay on offer.

Formación

• Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume entertainment or hospitality environments.
• Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable.
• Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Current ServSafe certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to the company’s mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow; review monthly P&L and adjust as needed.
• Plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions with operations and sales teams; supervise food service and clean-up.
• Estimate food consumption and purchase from the food program; schedule staff to fit business volume.
• Partner with KM/Chef or GM to address disciplinary issues; foster teamwork.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet standards; supervise prep, portioning, garnishing, and storage.
• Assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and DOH sanitation audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment at all times.
• Report critical issues to General Manager promptly.
