Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Line Cook, Sous Chef, or similar kitchen role.
• Strong culinary techniques and knife skills.
• Ability to work fast-paced, high-volume service.
• Solid knowledge of food safety; ServSafe preferred or willing to obtain.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items consistently and efficiently during service.
• Assist Head Chef with kitchen operations, food prep, and line management.
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and plate presentation.
• Manage mise en place and ensure stations stocked and organized before each shift.
• Support inventory management, food storage, and minimizing waste.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
