The State of South Carolina's readySC program seeks a Soft Skills Training Instructor to deliver classroom training at Spartanburg Community College in Duncan. You will use approved curricula to teach leadership, teamwork, and communication, employing available technology to enhance delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, documenting class records securely, engaging learners, and evaluating skill demonstrations, while maintaining a positive learning environment and flexible

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and related training experience; or an associate’s degree with two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience.
• Experience facilitating soft skills in a classroom, preferably in industry.
• Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and provide flexible training hours.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and curriculum development is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, leadership, and process improvement.
• Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with office applications (Word, Excel, PPT).
