Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-leading experience in training environments.
• Experience delivering mandatory and elective training.
• Ability to develop and update training materials and evaluation tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of training at the institution.
• Instruct mandatory, elective and special training courses.
• Develop and update lesson plans, training aids, manuals, tests, and evaluation instruments.
• Monitor CLEE certification cycle and training status.
• Assist new hires with orientation and basic training enrollment.
• Develop/implement the institution's annual training plan.
• Assist institutional security staff as needed.
• Support training academy staff with range and on-the-job training and scenarios.
• Attend quarterly meetings with the training academy captain.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Resume preferred.
