Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, the behavioral sciences or a related field.
• Two years of college in one of the above fields and two years of rehabilitation or manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma and four years of rehabilitation or manufacturing experience.
• Good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide job readiness training to consumers to achieve and maintain competitive employment.
• Provide supportive training to develop, modify, and improve job-relevant skills and behaviors.
• Instruct consumers to meet deadlines and business partners' quality/quantity requirements.
• Ensure Training Center complies with SCVRD, DOL, and OSHA regulations for a safe, clean environment.
• Serve on the SCEIS team for training center transactions related to materials, inventory, and deliveries.
