Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a friendly, results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMATCH system. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and guide them through a relaxed, educational buying experience.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred and strong customer service skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers.
• Comfort with tablets, POS devices and product demos.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses using bedMATCH system.
• Provide a low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Meet and greet customers, respond to questions, close sales.
• Maintain showroom and load purchases into customers' vehicles.
