Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving operations.
• Proficient with Gmail, Google Sheets and Excel.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and HRIS.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Collaborate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Track, trace and update status of incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Unload trucks and deliveries and sort/stock receivables.
• Maintain an accurate daily log of moves and inventory counts.
• Engage with vendors and drivers professionally.
• Provide backup support for shipping/receiving as needed.
