Job summary

Taco Bell in Kuna, Idaho is seeking a Shift Lead to drive a fast-paced team and uphold the brand’s standards. You will coach Team Members, resolve guest concerns, and work with the GM on business initiatives while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to health, safety, and quality. Spanish not required; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shift tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with training and screening Team Members.
• Support Profit & Loss by following cash control and labor procedures.
