Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic English reading/writing/speaking proficiency required.
• Experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues.
• Preparation of products.
• Maintaining quality of product.
• Monitoring all service equipment.
• Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards).
• Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level.
• Champions recognition and motivation efforts
