Qualifications

• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current valid driver’s license
• Must have good reading, writing and math skills.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours
• Computer proficient

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding guest experience.
• Determine course of action and obtain customer authorization.
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimate and completion time.
• Communicate effectively with customer to ensure satisfactory repairs and upsell when appropriate.
• Know warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep customer informed and explain prognosis of vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer phones promptly.
