MINI of Universal City in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to serve as the primary contact between customers and our Service Department. You will guide customers through maintenance and repair needs and coordinate with technicians to prepare accurate estimates.

The ideal candidate brings dealership service experience, excellent communication, and a detail-oriented approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive dealership preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High-energy, personable, and professional approach.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and establish rapport.
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information and document concerns.
• Explain vehicle symptoms clearly to technicians.
• Prepare accurate labor, parts, and service estimates.
• Monitor service progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate loaner vehicles and rental transportation when applicable.
• Explain repairs and charges at vehicle delivery.
• Maintain service documentation and records.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and exceed expectations.
