Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly, energetic server to provide superior guest service in our Henderson venue. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, maintain clean stations, and ensure payments are processed accurately through the POS system.

You should know the menu, engage guests, and help restock supplies while upholding health district standards. A 21+ age requirement, prior serving experience, and valid Alcohol Awareness and Health cards are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous experience as a Food Server or Cocktail Server preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to engage guests in professional conversation.
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM/ACT or equivalent).
• Valid Health Card from the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift, stoop, and reach during shifts.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take and deliver orders in a timely, friendly manner.
• Efficiently serve food and beverages following service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocked service stations.
• Process payments through POS accurately.
• Assist teammates with duties as assigned.
• Restock garnishes, ice, plates, and glassware as needed.
• Clear and bus tables and manage side work.
• Market venue and collect guest information for marketing.
• Adhere to health and company policies.
