Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Club Server to greet patrons, take and relay orders via POS devices, and serve food and beverages with excellent service. You will ensure timely order fulfillment and assist guests with carrying items to tables while maintaining clean, safe dining areas.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a busy event environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patrons as they arrive and assist with seating.
• Accept and process orders on POS devices.
• Relay orders to kitchen in a timely manner.
• Assemble orders and serve to patrons.
• Assist patrons with carrying items to tables as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor product availability and restock as needed.
• Adhere to basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Report any equipment issues to management.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
