Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ year of work experience in a high-volume beverage setting.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to take and process orders using tablets.
• Familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Promote the Players Club loyalty program to Guests.
• Take beverage orders from Guests and communicate to the service bar via the tablet.
• Deliver beverages promptly to gaming machines, tables, or service areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace including beverage stations, tables and service areas.
• Upsell and recommend additional beverage items.
• Recognize intoxication and comply with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Team Members to ensure overall Guest satisfaction.
