Job summary

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Houston is seeking a Server to join our fast-paced, guest-first team. You will greet guests, explain the menu, answer questions, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders while maintaining a warm, energetic atmosphere.

1+ years of restaurant experience.
Hold a valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification, ensuring compliance with local regulatory authority health and safety standards.
Point-of-Sale systems experience.
Strong communication and a passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint.
Comfortable working around grills and hot cooking surfaces.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
Listen attentively to guests to ensure correct orders.
Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
Clean and organize the front-of-house server station.
Observe and monitor table turnover and cleanliness.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout the dining experience.
Inform management of special requests or guest concerns.
Communicate with kitchen staff about allergy orders and timing.
