Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Listen attentively to guests to ensure correct orders.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management regarding allergy orders.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, hospitality-focused attitude at all times.
• Balance between bar and dining room orders.
• Be a team player, assisting other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
