Job summary

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is seeking a friendly and energetic Server to contribute to a lively dining atmosphere. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, and provide accurate information on prices, hours, and promotions while ensuring seamless service.

You will manage orders, coordinate with kitchen staff, and maintain a clean station. The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

1+ years of restaurant or food service experience.
Must hold a State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.
Experience using POS systems to process orders and payments.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
Answer questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
Provide accurate information on menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
Take accurate orders and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house server station.
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management about allergies.
Balance multiple tables and sections in a fast-paced environment.
Remain energetic and hospitality-focused at all times.
