Job summary

Nacho Daddy is seeking energetic servers to deliver a top-notch dining experience at Area 15 in Las Vegas. This Full-Time/Part-Time role offers an hourly wage of $12.00 with opportunities to upsell and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates must be 21+, hold a TAM Card, Food Handler’s Safety Card, and a Sheriffs Card for cross-training, plus at least 1 year of serving experience. English Proficiency and cash handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• TAM Card, Food Handler’s Safety Card, and Sheriffs Card required for cross training.
• Minimum 1 year serving experience preferred.
• Groomed disposition for a favorable impression.
• Able to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Stand and carry food for up to 8 hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift at least 50 lbs and bend/twist as needed.
• English speaking, reading, comprehension, and conversation with guests.
• Maneuver through restaurant and tables.
• Accurate math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-bussing, order-taking, delivery, and clearing of food and/or beverage.
• Accurately taking orders and delivering orders in a timely manner.
• Alerting manager on duty of any allergies.
• Checking stations for setup and cleanliness per SNHD and policy.
• Greeting guests with your name and any specials/recommendations.
• Suggestive selling of drinks, appetizers, and desserts.
• Writing down and repeating orders to ensure accuracy.
• Inputting orders into Pixel to inform the kitchen with modifications.
• Retrieving orders from kitchen and delivering to guest with accuracy.
• Full ingredients and cocktail knowledge.
• Opening and closing server responsibilities.
• Performing side work at start and end of each shift.
• Understanding upselling and handling common complaints.
