Job summary

Checking stations beginning, during, and end of shifts to ensure proper set-up and cleanliness in accordance to SNHD and company policy. Greeting guests in a friendly and timely manner with your name and any specials/recommendations. Suggestive selling of drinks, appetizers, and desserts. Writing down and repeating orders back to ensure accuracy. Inputting orders into Pixel to inform the kitchen of the particulars of the order, including the correct modifications. Retrieving order from kitchen and ensuring accuracy before delivery to guest. Full ingredients and cocktail knowledge. Performing side work at the start and running end of each shift. Understanding and utilization of all server POS functions. Opening and closing server responsibilities. Preparing and processing check in a timely manner for each guest. Fully understanding upselling, sales approaches, and common complaints.
