Job summary

Creative Security Company Inc. in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Flex Schedule Corporate Security Specialist to join our on-site team. The role requires strong leadership, high-pressure composure, and excellent customer interactions. It reports to Security Operations Manager and offers a pay range of $34.00–$35.00 per hour with weekend availability; full-time, on-site duties and flexible hours are standard. Must be US-authorized and possess a valid BSIS Guard Card.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-touch customer service, security supervision, or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build and cultivate strong relationships.
• Knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with security management software and tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and other enterprise tools.
• Valid BSIS Guard Card.
• Stand and/or walk up to 8 hours a day.
• No visible tattoos.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems, cameras, access control, and alarms to prevent unauthorized access.
• Verify identity, issue visitor badges, and enforce access control policies.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion with high-profile guests and events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employees and visitors; provide security guidance.
• Manage site operations by implementing security protocols, conducting assessments, and recommending improvements.
• Document incidents promptly and communicate with Corporate Security and SOC.
• Respond to incidents and alarms through the global security operations center.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and industry standards; identify risks.
