RJ Young is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth and shape the future of the Modern Office. You will uncover opportunities, collaborate with territory reps to close deals, and deliver tailored technology solutions that boost productivity.

You will represent copiers, MFPs, MPS, wide format printers, and software services while engaging potential clients and leading productive conversations.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through daily outreach and cold calling.
• Partner with territory representatives to develop strategies and close new business.

• Manage your pipeline, track activities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions.
• Lead client meetings, prepare presentations, and close deals with confidence.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
