You will collaborate with teachers, families, and the community to implement programs, monitor progress, and maintain compliance with state regulations. Master’s level leadership credentials and experience in education are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
• Professional Certification in Educational Leadership.
• 2–5 years of relevant school administration experience.
• Experience with student instruction and school operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the principal in establishing and maintaining an effective learning climate.
• Serve as acting Principal when needed and oversee school operations.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development in accordance with policy.
• Promote two-way communications with students, staff, parents, and community.
