Job summary

Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is seeking an Assistant Principal to support the principal in providing school-wide leadership and drive the educational program. The role focuses on promoting student growth, ensuring effective school operations, and implementing CSUSA's instructional program.

You will lead in collaboration with teachers and staff, overseeing student conduct, managing scheduling, and participating in program evaluation, scheduling, and compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education required(s).
• Educational Leadership Certification required.
• 2–5 years experience in school administration preferred.
• Experience in student instruction is required.
• Criminal and employment background checks must be cleared.
• Ability to lead and coach staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the principal in establishing and maintaining an effective learning climate.
• Oversee school operations and administration.
• Act as principal in the principal's absence.
• Coordinate programs and services to meet student needs.
• Monitor educational programs and evaluate progress using formal and informal data.
