Charter Schools USA seeks an Assistant Principal to support the principal in delivering school-wide leadership and ensuring effective operations across the campus. The role focuses on promoting rigorous instruction, student growth, and compliance with CSUSA policies.

The candidate will assist with program design, staff development, and coordination of student services to maximize achievement and accountability within the school community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Leadership.
• Professional Certification in Educational Leadership in Applicable State.
• Two to five years' relevant experience in school administration.
• Experience in student instruction.
• Successful results of criminal and employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists the principal in establishing and maintaining an effective learning climate in the school.
• Assists the principal in the overall administration of the school.
• Serves as acting Principal responsible for building operations when Principal is out of the building.
• Generates and maintains personnel records, reports and documentation as required by state and federal regulations and CSUSA policy.
• Maintains discipline records and promotes positive student behavior in collaboration with staff and parents.
