Responsibilities

• Serve as acting Principal when the regular Principal is unavailable and oversee staff orientation and records.
• Lead and evaluate instructional departments to maximize student progress and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate recruitment, hiring processes, and compliance with certification guidelines.
• Promote ongoing communication with students, staff, parents, and community stakeholders.
