Responsibilities

• Assists the principal in establishing an effective learning climate.
• Serves as acting Principal in the absence of the regular Principal.
• Oversees discipline, student conduct, and safety.
• Coordinates HR activities including hiring and onboarding.
• Communicates with stakeholders and promotes two-way communication.
• Analyzes data and generates reports to support school improvement.
