Job summary

Kawasaki Motors Retail Finance (KMRF) seeks a dynamic Sales Training & Development Specialist to design, build, and deliver sales training across the organization. You will serve as the primary hands-on training resource for FPSMs and onboard new hires, partnering with Sales leadership to ramp teams quickly and consistently.

The role involves owning KRS system training for dealerships, delivering engaging sessions, and maintaining scalable training using LMS and content development tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in training, facilitation, or instruction; retail lending/financial services training preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LMS, virtual training tools, and content development software.
• Proven group presentation and facilitation experience; ability to engage audiences of varying sizes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quick learner of new tools.
• Ability to translate complex financial/operational concepts into clear training.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the captive branded sales certification platform and onboarding curriculum.
• Support and drive sales new-hire onboarding with structured ramp and certification.
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for internal teams and dealerships.
• Own KRS system training for new dealerships with quarterly touchpoints.
• Develop standardized training materials: presentations, guides, videos, e-learning.
• Administer and optimize the LMS and related platforms with updates and tracking.
• Develop training programs for change management: new launches, policy updates, system changes.
• Serve as SME for sales training questions; support dealership partners.
• Reinforce best practices through refreshers, coaching, and follow-ups.
• Review training data to assess effectiveness and recommend content improvements.
• Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and communications with related coordinator.
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to originations and dealer experience.
