Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Sales Coordinator for The DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea to support our sales team. You will handle inbound calls, qualify inquiries, and help prepare contracts, estimates, and site tours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and qualify inquiries.
• Set up calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager.
• Send packages and answer general questions.
• Create monthly recap of leads and updates.
• Assist in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours.
• Create Sales & Catering kits and restock supplies.
• Update sales system with actuals after events.
• Send out Thank You Cards/Emails.
