Pyramid Global Hospitality’s DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea seeks a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with inquiries, contracts, site tours, and client communications. You will manage calls, prepare kits, and track leads to help guests plan Wanderlust experiences.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, hotel/resort experience preferred, and exceptional verbal/written communication. Join a fast-paced team delivering outstanding service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Answer Incoming Phone Calls.
• Qualify inquiries.
• Set up calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager.
• Send packages and answer general questions.
• Create monthly recap of leads and updates.
• Assist in creating Contracts, Estimates, and Site Tours.
• Create Sales & Catering kits and restocking supply area as appropriate.
• Control the office supplies and ordering supplies when necessary.
• Update Sales System with actuals after completion of events.
• Send out Thank You Cards/Emails.

They must also be knowledgeable on providing accurate information to our guests about the resort, and special events going on during their stay.
