Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assists in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and safety on the sales floor.
• Supports safety, shrink reduction goals, and participates in training as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
