Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline associate at Sierra Store Burlington. You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store to meet business needs. Responsibilities include promoting credit and loyalty programs, accurately processing transactions, maintaining merchandising standards, and participating in safety and loss prevention

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers and staff.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise accurately for the floor.
• Participates in store recovery and housekeeping.
• Ensures safety and loss prevention policies are followed.
• Rings purchases/returns accurately and handles cash/change per procedures.
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
