Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in Riverhead, NY. You will drive sales by executing brand standards, building rapport with store personnel, and educating customers on product lines.

This role supports Schedule flexibility, with emphasis on accurate merchandising and reporting to the Territory Sales Lead. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers on brand features and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and complete assigned projects to maintain aesthetics.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Utilize handheld device functions effectively.
• Report success and potential barriers to supervisors.
