Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to drive sales and execute merchandising standards across stores. You will build rapport with store staff, educate teams on products, and complete displays with accuracy as directed by the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and reliable transportation. Competitive pay and benefits are offered for both full and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel to locations.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brands and products.
• Execute all tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy following provided instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute all assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics and quality.
• Follow company policies and report activities and sales opportunities daily.
