Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help drive sales, assist with inventory and merchandising, and work closely with the team to uphold brand standards.

Successful candidates will have retail experience or a strong customer-service mindset, excellent communication, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar role with sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric with passion for service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising, promotions, and sales targets.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store sales and operational goals and follow health and safety regulations.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
