Qualifications

Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues and maintaining high service standards.
Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and achieving targets.
Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and general store upkeep; follow policies and health & safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals and adhere to store procedures.
