Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment preferred.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store processes.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and MS Office.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds; ability to stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience at checkout and on the floor.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPI and profitability targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the store and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise; support inventory control.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
