Lidl US is seeking Store Associates to keep our stores running strong, delivering the fast, customer‑focused experience Lidl is known for. You’ll support multiple roles across daily operations on one shift.

In a structured, team‑based environment, you’ll show ownership, work at a quick pace, and help learn a global business from the ground up, contributing to smooth checkout, inventory, and promotional setups.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to 45 lbs and reach overhead.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service in checkout, stocking, bakery, produce and promotions.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, and specialized areas to meet store needs.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl’s processes and pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Execute daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas to meet quality standards.
• Set up non-food promotional displays and weekly offers with accurate signage.
• Maintain high cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse and parking.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately, memorize PLU codes.
• Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues.
• Help keep inventory accurate and minimize stock loss.
• Follow all safety procedures and support smooth operations for next shift.
