Job summary

Lidl US in Charlotte is seeking Store Associates to support checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promos in a single shift. This dynamic role offers visibility into daily operations and a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will engage customers, switch between tasks, uphold cleanliness, check freshness, set up displays, and help maintain accurate signage and pricing while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and reach overhead when needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, and specialized areas as needed.
• Meet productivity goals by following streamlined processes.
• Execute daily freshness checks in produce and refrigerated areas.
• Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers.
• Uphold high cleanliness standards across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately, including PLUs.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and resolve issues or escalate.
