Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service that encourages them to shop Lidl again.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, bakery, and produce to meet real-time store needs.
• Aim for productivity by following Lidl’s processes and pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Perform daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas to ensure quality.
• Set up non-food displays and weekly offers with accurate signage and pricing.
