Lidl US is hiring Store Associates to support all daily operations across checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promotions. This role emphasizes customer-focused service, teamwork, and rapid task execution in a fast-paced Lidl store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to and in excess of 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service that makes their trip easy and leaves them excited to shop at Lidl again.
• Seamlessly transition between checkout, stocking, and areas like bakery or produce to meet real-time store needs.
• Meet productivity goals by working with urgency and following Lidl’s processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Execute daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas to ensure Lidl’s quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and organize promotional displays and weekly offers with strong presentation, signage and pricing.
• Keep the store clean and orderly across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Create a smooth checkout experience by operating the register quickly and accurately including PLU memorization.
• Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Help keep inventory accurate and reduce stock loss by following inventory control measures.
• Ensure a safe environment by following all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Work with the team to complete daily tasks on time for the next shift.
