Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for the South Seas property on Captiva Island, Florida. The role involves maintaining and repairing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and prior hotel maintenance experience. This on-site position requires flexibility for shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License; background screening will be conducted.
• Previous maintenance experience in hotels, resorts, or similar properties.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Repairs electrical fixtures, HVAC components, and plumbing as needed.
• Keeps logs and submits reports on maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance activities.
