Job summary

Talbert House in Cincinnati, OH is hiring Therapeutic Support Specialists (TSS) to join our Adult Residential Services team. You will provide direct support, supervision, and assistance to adults in a structured residential setting to help them develop life skills and healthier coping strategies.

The role emphasizes building professional relationships, maintaining boundaries, completing timely documentation, and collaborating with counselors and other staff to support resident goals.

• Support residents in developing healthy decision-making, communication, coping, and problem-solving skills.
• Assist residents with daily routines and the development of independent living skills.
• Support individualized treatment, recovery, behavioral, and service goals as directed by the treatment team.
• Facilitate and participate in recreational, educational, therapeutic, and life-skills activities.
