Job summary

YES Communities in Michigan is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent to sell and lease homes in the community, working with a high-performing team to deliver top service to renters and home buyers. You will build relationships with residents and external partners, and leverage marketing across multiple channels to connect with prospective residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid in-state driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Must obtain state-specific sales licensing within 90 days where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations such as prospect tracking, tours, applications, and closings.
• Advertise and generate leads through phone, email, social media, and promotional materials.
• Act as liaison between applicants and internal departments.
• Collaborate with management to monitor move-in readiness of homes.
• Hold open houses and sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and relationships.
• Attend company meetings, trainings, and conferences.
• Additional duties assigned by management.
