Job summary

YES Communities seeks a Sales & Leasing Agent to drive sales and leasing of manufactured homes, connecting with residents and prospects across channels. You will manage tours, applications, and closings while collaborating with teams to ensure move-in readiness and strong community engagement.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship-building, and event coordination within a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Requires strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations including prospect tracking, tours, and closings.
• Advertise and generate leads via phone, email, social media, and in-person promotions.
• Serve as liaison between applicants and internal departments.
• Collaborate with management to monitor move-in readiness of homes.
• Hold open houses and sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and community ties.
• Attend company meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
