The Goodman Group is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to join our community in Minnesota. You will help applicants find the perfect home, show units, explain amenities, and guide residents through the leasing process with superior service.

This role emphasizes marketing, occupancy, and retention, requires strong communication, reliability, and ability to work weekends. You will enter data, coordinate move-ins, and support property management to maintain our community standards and Fair

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, applicants and vendors.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Address concerns of current and prospective residents in a friendly, professional manner.
• Market and advertise the community using multiple media channels.
• Present the community and its amenities to prospects and discuss lease terms.
• Tour and lease units with prospects, explain layouts, facilities and terms.
• Enter prospect data into property management software; negotiate lease terms.
• Assist residents with applications and renewal paperwork; verify information.
• Follow up with residents and prospects to maintain relationships.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and maintain up-to-date resident files.
