Responsibilities

• Address the concerns of current and prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Market and advertise the community using a wide variety of media and promotional materials.
• Present the community and amenities positively to prospects and help them envision it as their future home while assessing needs and qualifications.
• Tour and lease units, discuss size/layout, facilities, and lease terms with prospects.
• Enter prospect and applicant information into property management software.
• Negotiate lease terms and close deals.
• Assist residents/applicants with applications or lease renewals and verify data and references.
• Provide timely follow-up with residents and prospects (thank you notes, calls, etc.).
• Track, schedule and communicate move-ins/move-outs.
• Maintain up-to-date resident files for each unit.
• Assist in market surveys and stay informed on property market status.
• Prepare and distribute notices and community communications.
• Support Property Manager with administrative tasks.
• Refer applicants to other Goodman Group communities as appropriate.
• Interact positively to maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Exhibit professionalism and integrity as a community representative.
• Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of the community.
• Comply with Fair Housing rules and OSHA safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
