Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks a Merchandiser - Large Store Relief to build displays, replenish shelf inventory, and service cold equipment at customer outlets. You will rotate products, maintain product integrity, and ensure displays meet company standards.

The role requires a minimum age of 18, a valid driver's license, PPE compliance, and reliable attendance. Prior merchandising experience is preferred with strong English communication and teamwork abilities.

• High school diploma or GED or 3–6 months related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build displays and replenishing inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Sell and execute at store level.
• Ensure proper care of equipment and assets daily.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and displays.
• Maintain product integrity and clean coolers and racks to company standards.
• Organize breakage or out-of-date products and manage pallets.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships and deliver superior service.
