Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser for large store relief to stock and display Coca-Cola products. You will build displays, replenish shelves, and ensure stock and equipment care on customer sites.

Daily tasks include training methods, store-level selling, rotating products, and maintaining product integrity. You will work with sales and delivery teams, providing excellent customer service and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible or rotating schedule.
• Merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on shelves.
• Rotate and replenish products and ensure proper equipment care.
• Maintain product integrity and clean coolers.
• Develop relationships with store personnel and customers.
• Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver.
• Follow safety policies and PPE as required.
• Report breakage or out-of-date product.
