Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products attractively at customer retail sites. This role services multiple accounts, follows planograms, and uses safe handling practices to ensure quality.

You will communicate with store management and cross-functional teams to execute displays and promotions. The position involves lifting up to 50 lbs, working in a fast-paced environment, and reliably delivering results with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable driving history.
• Proof of insurance meeting company policy requirements.
• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Fills and rotates products on display and shelves per planograms.
• Moves product from backroom to display areas as needed.
• Creates and places point-of-sale materials; rotates Fastlane merchandisers and checks vendors.
• Organizes back room and stock by package and flavor; manages returns and damaged goods.
• Builds relationships with store staff; follows up on requests and opportunities.
