Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser - Large Store Relief to build displays, stock shelves, and maintain coolers across customer outlets. You will rotate products, ensure brand standards, and support store-level merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license required and comply with fleet policy.
• PPE as required and safety policies followed.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Maintain neat professional appearance per guidelines.
• Maintain safety and security of company assets.
• Have reliable vehicle; drive to store locations.

Responsibilities

• Relieve Merchandiser routes and train merchandisers.
• Present and implement merchandising training methods.
• Sell and execute at store level with brand partners.
• Ensure proper care of equipment and assets daily.
• Rotate and replenish products on display and shelves.
• Maintain product integrity and clean coolers/racks.
• Organize breakage and out-of-date product for removal.
• Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
